Want Sustainable Development? Don’t Focus on People, Focus on Environment

It is commonsense to help out a person in need. When we see a poor or a needy person, our natural instinct is to help the person and solve his problems immediately. In our good intentions, we hardly realize the damage we are doing to the self-esteem and future of the person.

It is not the right approach to remove the stone from the path of a person. You must enable the man to remove the stones by himself. You cannot be there with him all the time to remove the stone, but if you have made the man capable of removing his own stone, you have solved the problem for all time. Instead if you try to be there with the person all the time, so that you can remove his stone, the person can never respect himself as he shall always be moving on the clutches of your support.

One of the common examples to understand this mystery of nature is to see the growth of a beautiful garden or a park. All you have to do to have a nice garden is that you remove the weeds and put in fertilizers and water so that the plants can develop naturally. You cannot focus on individual plants; you have to only change the environment. If the environment is conducive the plants shall grow automatically and bear the best fruits.

What is true for plants is also true for any nation. For example, countries like America became the most powerful and prosperous countries not by being compassionate and kind to the individuals. They only focused on creating necessary infrastructure which automatically spurred growth. People too are like plants, when they are planted in the proper ground and given fertilizers and water, they grow automatically. The great nations, therefore, focus on providing education to their people which makes them useful members of the society. They develop roads, houses and electricity so that people can use them and produce useful things for the society. They create justice system so that people are treated fairly and justly. They make rules and laws which are fair, just and conducive to the growth of individuals.

There are many nations, who instead of focusing on the environment, focuses on the people. They provide doles, financial assistance, foods for the people who are weak. This consumes most of their resources and they are left little to create the conducive environment. In such societies the people are perennially dependent on the government and they can never grow to their full potential. The national governments are also unable to plan for the future or create infrastructure since their entire energy is consuming in satisfying the day-to-day needs of the people.

In the same way, in the family also, the best parents always work for creating a conducive environment for their children. They give love, peace and happiness to the child. They let the child see for themselves the benefits of education, discipline and working hard. The best method to create such an environment is when the parents themselves do the same acts. This creates the proper environment in the home and the growth of the child takes place automatically.

Life is a mystery which can not be explained either by science or by scriptures. Truth has a body and a soul which we call science and religion. Contrary to popular perception, they are not opposed to each other but complement each other like body and soul. In fact, they can not exist without each other.

I am the founding member of The Science of Soul Foundation in India which works for the synthesis of the diverse disciplines of knowledge like science, religion, philosophy and arts. The website of the foundation is [http://www.scienceofsoul.com]

I am working for the creation of a synthesis between science and religion through my articles. I believe that everyone can understand this Truth by the use of intuition and reason. You can contact me at aksinghirs [a] yahoo.com if you wish to know more about the mystery which we call life.

For some people, their home serve as a comfortable abode wherein they can relax and leave behind whatever is nagging them, whether it be concerns at school or in the workplace. However, this is not always the case since a lot of factors could contribute to the buildup of stress that one experiences.

One of the most common sources of stress at home concerns the financial aspect in the family. Managing your finances at home can be extremely stressful, while also making sure that you can fulfill the demands of your family. The stress that goes with caring for your kids or doing the household chores can also add up to that stress you are experiencing.

Great Tips on How to Sell Your Home Quickly

Every home seller wants his home to be sold fast. Having your home in the market unsold for a long time is not a good thing. It may create a bad impression to potential buyers. Though home selling is not an easy task, there are still some ways in which you can do it fast. This article will give you tips on how to easily catch potential buyers and coming up with a good selling price.

The very first thing that you should do is to prepare your home. Make it look great as much as possible. This is the best way to convince a buyer. It gives a good impression to the buyer that the house has been well maintained. If the buyer feels at home, chances are you will have a great deal with him.

If you yourself do not like the way your home looks, you may hire a professional who can do the interior design to create an attractive ambience of your home. If your home is well decorated, you will be able to sell it faster at higher price. It is also important that your home is neat and tidy. Make sure that your storage, garage, basement, closet, bathroom and the like are well-organized.

If your house is physically ready, take pictures of the different rooms. This will help especially if you plan to market your home online. Most homebuyers search the Internet for nice houses and it will easily catch their attention if there are pictures in your ad. Give a nice first impression to the buyers by making sure that the pictures were perfectly taken. If the pictures impress the buyer, the next thing that he will do is to contact you and do a personal visit of your home.

It is also important that your home is free from termites and other unwanted insects. Check on the plumbing, septic tank, electrical connections, sewerage, etc. if they are all functioning well. If some are damaged, have them repaired. Buyers are more interested in houses that are ready for occupancy.

The outside of your house such as the patio and backyard should also look attractive as these are the areas that will be first seen if a buyer visits it. If you are to hold an “open house”, make sure that your house is at its best. If you have a wonderful garden, it is best to schedule the “open house” in the morning when flowers are blooming. Share with potential buyers some nice experiences, which you had with your home.

Selling your home fast may require you to spend money but it is all worth it in the end because you get to sell your home at a higher price and more quickly.

A Garden Gift Basket For an Individual With a Green Thumb

Selecting a gift for somebody who has a green thumb? A garden gift basket will undoubtedly be a perfect one to give. It includes all sorts of things both a novice and expert gardener will definitely be keen on. All inside a container that may soon after carry harvests from the garden to your kitchen.

If you’ve got plenty of spare time, you can actually individualize the gift basket by building it from scratch. Very nearly everything you can think of including in it might be acquired at garden supplies stores. The basket, if possible of natural wicker, can be bought from most home and kitchen supplies stores.

One of the benefits of creating an individualized garden gift basket is you can give attention to what the person is most keen on. For example, some gardeners find delight in planting herbs over ornamental plants. Other individuals may favour cultivating fruits and vegetables over flowers. Needless to say the receiver will value the present no matter what it contains. But knowing that you made it on your own will help make it priceless.

You have got a variety of choices regarding all of the items you are able to purchase and put in your basket. You could add a book or magazine about gardening. After this you may likely throw in some packets of plant seeds. Naturally it will never be complete without some essential garden tools.

When placing all the items inside of the basket, use shredded paper to make everything fit snuggly in the container. You may then wrap the basket in cellophane or organza. Or just leave it as it is and place a bow on the basket handle. Then a card inserted into the items will complete the present.

But sometimes it’s hard to squeeze in time to drop by garden supplies stores. Perhaps you are busy with your job or taking care of the children. If spare time is definitely a problem, fret not. You can easily simply seek out and purchase a ready-made garden gift basket from the internet.

For those who haven’t ordered gift baskets online before, you could very well be surprised at the assortment you might find. Most internet websites offering gift baskets have got something for practically any special occasion you can imagine. From bridal showers, birthdays, corporate events, anniversaries – you have got plenty from which to choose. There are even those for extending your sympathy or get-well-soon wishes as well.

Perhaps one of your friends or co-workers has obtained presents online, and can give a recommendation. Or if no one can give you one, you can simply find one using Google, Yahoo! or any search engine of your choice. When you have selected a particular site, take some time in browsing through the items. Also take a look at the site’s best sellers, as well as additional items you may include in the basket.

Check what a basket contains exactly, and what it looks like based on the photos. If you’re satisfied with it, it’s time to fill in an order and payment form. But when purchasing a garden gift basket online, make sure you do it early on. This way, your order can get to the recipient right in time for the occasion.

Massage in Bucharest

Recognize it! You’re busy! And so must be! That’s what life is like! But you want more than that, you want to do more for yourself and massage can help. Because massage makes more than a simple relaxation of the mind and body. It keeps your body in shape and gives you enough energy to make you enjoy a longer life better than you do it today.

Massage releases stress. At the moment, stress is a universal evil. Every time you are late, every time you avoid a car in traffic, every time you have trouble working, stress is doing his job. Each time adrenaline increases heart rate and cortisone levels and organs respond to the measure. You will be in a state of nerves and constant agitation.
When there is no release of stress, serious problems such as an upset stomach, hypertension, sleep disturbances, chest pain, or existing illness may worsen.

Some of the changes that may occur are: Anxiety, lack of concentration, depression, permanent fatigue, muscle or bone pain, sexual dysfunction, excessive sleep or insomnia

All these stress-related problems can be diminished and some can be totally eliminated by massage. The researchers concluded that a massage session can lower heart rate and blood pressure, relax your muscles and increase endorphin production. The massage also releases serotonin and dopamine and the result is a general relaxation, both physical and mental.
Our body care must be at the top of the priorities.
By adding the massage to your routine you will look much better and you will be much healthier and relaxed. Massage can improve your vitality and mood. Massage can prepare for a long and beautiful life.

Our masseuses personalize each massage session according to the needs of the individual.
Our massage parlors offer a variety of relaxation styles and techniques to help you. Apart from relaxing, massage can be a powerful ally in reducing pain, increasing energy levels, improving mental and physical performance

We recommend : HotAngels , VipZone , JadePalace , ThaiPassion

After a massage session, you will see how the mental prospects are enriched, the body allows easier handling, better pressure resistance, relaxation and mental alertness, calm and creative thinking.
When you have the impression or force yourself to stay straight, your body is not actually aligned properly. Not only does the posture look bad, but it forces some of the muscles to go muddy all day, while others become weaker. After a long time, the incorrect position may cause other drops. For example, internal organs press on what affects digestion, breathing ability is also diminished, which means that much less blood and oxygen reaches the brain and hence all sorts of other complications.

Massage allows you to return your body to the track. Allowing the body to make healthy and accurate movements is one of the greatest benefits of massage. Massage can relax and restore muscles injured by bad posture, allowing the body to position itself in a natural, painless position.
Apart from posture, there is also anxiety. One of the signs of anxiety and stress can also be heavy breathing. When the body begins to breathe too little and deeply instead of breathing at a natural rithm, it is impossible for one to relax. One reason may also be that the chest muscles and the abdomen get tightened and the air gets harder.

Massage plays an important role in learning the body how to relax and how to improve breathing. Respiratory problems such as allergies, sinuses, asthma or bronchitis are a group of conditions that can benefit from massage. In fact, massage can have a positive impact on respiratory function.

Many of the muscles in the front and back of the upper part of the body are breathing accessory. When these muscles are tight and shorten they can block normal breathing and interrupt effective breathing natural rithm. Massage techniques for stretching and relaxing these muscles improves breathing function and breathability. Massage leads to an opening of the chest as well as structural alignment and nerve dilatation that are required for optimal pulmonary function. A good way to treat respiratory problems with massage is the taping made in Swedish massage. When done on the back, along with vibrations, it can detach the mucus from the lungs and can clean the airways for better later function.

Massage not only relaxes muscles, but helps people become aware of daily stress levels. Once the body recognizes what really means relaxation, the mind can rest easily relax before the stress becomes cornice and harmful. This will help you enjoy a balanced life. Massage controls breathing, allows the mind to re-create relaxation before the occurrence of chronic and harmful stress and increases the level of energy.
